Luis E. Migenis-López, Esq

Mr. Migenis received his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology degree with Cum Laude honors from the University of Puerto Rico. Subsequently, he pursued graduate studies concentrating in the field of Plant Ecology at the University of Puerto Rico’s Graduate School of Biology. He received his Juris Doctor degree, with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Puerto Rico Law School in 1994, where he was named to the National Dean’s List.
