Favorable Jury Verdict

On October 23, 2008, WELO Partners Kenneth Suria and Alberto Estrella obtained a defense verdict in favor of Plaza Carolina (a Simon Mall) after a jury in federal court concluded that Plaza Carolina was not negligent and therefore could not be held liable for a slip and fall sustained by the plaintiff when she visited the Mall in July 2004. Evaluating Lliability Claims
